Unused products may be returned within 15 days of delivery - no questions asked. Prior to returning the product, please contact us at Matthew@sunnytimes.cn to obtain a return authorization. The product must be unused, and in its original packaging and condition. A refund to your original payment method will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned product. Buyer pays for shipping costs for the return shipment. We cover the outgoing shipping of your original order.

We do not accept returns of used products. In exceptional cases we may agree to a return with a 20% restocking fee if the scooter has been used but is still in excellent condition.

If you would like to exchange your scooter against a different model, contact us and we will see what we can do. Return shipping fees have to be paid by the buyer and restocking fees may apply.

Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a return shipping label so you can benefit from our negotiated rates. Shipping charges depend on the scooter model and your location. Within the continental US return label fees are: $50 - $150 depending on scooter model and weight. We will deduct this from your refund.
